Time to move on. It’s been interesting. I still stick by my principles about food ethics and provenance. I’ll be concentrating on pop ups in the near future.

    • Hello! I’m on the second run of Temperance, in Chesham Old Town which sold out in 4 days, so fully booked. But I do have another pop up coming, a different concept. Likely to be also in the Chesham town, and also a picturesque village location in July. Will let you know when it’s finalised. regards, Tim
